The Aura Vertical SD4 is a partially recirculating vertical laminar flow cabinet, designed for highly comfortable working conditions. The Aura SD4 laminar flow cabinet has unique design features that ensure class leading performance. The design of the Aura SD4 VLAF cabinet is almost identical to that typically found in microbiological safety cabinets and consequently provides a high level of protection to the operator, environment and product.

70% of the air is returned to the work area through the main H14 grade HEPA filter while 30% is exhausted into the environment through the H14 grade exhaust HEPA filter.

• Provides BS EN ISO 14644 Class 5 air quality and meets the requirements for GMP Grade A use.
• Suitable for pharmaceutical, healthcare, microelectronic assembly, general research and clean production use.
• Ergonomically designed sloped front with sliding glass aperture provides comfortable working conditions.
• Air speed is continuously monitored by an integral vane anemometer and controlled by an electronic air speed controller to ensure stable air velocity is maintained.
• Micromesh membrane installed to the downstream face of the HEPA filter, together with a clever plenum design ensures best in class airflow laminarity.
• High quality German engineered fans with anti-vibration mounts minimise noise and vibration levels.
• H14 grade HEPA filters certified to fully comply with the EN 1822 standard.
• Removable, perforated stainless steel work surface together with a sloping stainless steel rear lining to the work chamber.
• Adjustable height support stand with foot rest.
