Microbiological Safety Cabinets

We offer routine testing in accordance with BS EN 12469: 2000, including the KI discus operator protection test.
With mechanical and electrical capabilities we can also help you with many related issues including cabinet modification, relocation and breakdown support.

We can offer customised maintenance contracts to include both routine testing and total parts and labour cover so you can budget more easily.

Isolator Cabinets

Virtually all Isolator cabinets are different in some respect. It is therefore important that service engineers fully understand how they are designed to operate and function. We appreciate the complexities of modern isolator units and ensure our service engineers are adequately trained and experienced.

We specialise in the modification and refurbishment of isolator units. When the original manufacturer cannot help, we can.

Laminar Flow Units

We can validate laminar flow cabinets to any clean air standard including ISO 14644: 1999, EC GMP: 2002, BS 5295: 1989 and Fed Std 209E.

We can supply replacement HEPA filters with improved laminar flow characteristics. If you experience regular filter failures due to physical or chemical damage we have the solution.

Powder Booths and Weigh Stations

When operator protection must be guaranteed, it is important that containment testing is carried out thoroughly. Simply checking airflow velocity is not good enough. We can carry out airflow visualisation assessments and retention efficiency measurements to ensure your peace of mind.
