Plastic Fabrication
 We
have the capability to design and supply all types of PVC
and polypropylene extract systems. All installations are tailor-made
to suit specific requirements and can include carbon and HEPA
filtration for hazardous processes.
Our specialist PVC engineers fabricate on-site in accordance
with HVAC DW/154. Using hot gas fusion welding, we fabricate
high quality ductwork to virtually any size and shape.
 In
addition to manufacturing our own range of PVC fan units,
we can offer specialist fans for almost any application and
all types of ancillary equipment, including filtration housings,
dilution manifolds, attenuators and custom made support framework.
We also specialise in manufacturing custom made enclosures
for local exhaust ventilation.
Metal Fabrication
Whether for general ventilation or a special purpose we can
design and supply bespoke mild steel and stainless steel ventilation
systems in accordance with HVCA DW/144. Stainless steel kitchen
canopies can be custom made with all elements complying with
DW/171. Using the latest plasma CNC technology we can fabricate
to the highest standard.
We specialise in the refurbishment and upgrade of existing
systems. Often, minor alterations to an existing installation
can result in significant improvements, preventing the need
for costly replacement.
